The Salem Saturday Market is a member-run non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the best of authentic food, craft and art to the Salem Area Community. Since our beginnings in 1998 we have grown to be one of the largest market operations in the state of Oregon. Please browse our site to find a market near you. You can search our market maps for vendors, or search for products to see what is available a different times of the year.

Off to the markets we go!!
Jim is at the Salem Saturday Market with his assortment of goods. Soup bones are back on sale 50% off. That means just 50 cents a pound for the misc. bones and just $1.50/lb for the meaty neck bones (those can be a meal all by themselves. I am told kraut and neck bones is the way to go. mmmm mmmmm. ) He also has 2 racks of Baby Back Ribs, You know we don't have those often, so get there early!
I'm down at the Corvallis Farmers' Market, also with soup bones on sale. AND a couple of racks of Baby Back Ribs.
Hope to see you there!!
Heritage Farms Northwest Um. Recipe…… pork stock, neck bones simmered then kraut and more simmering? Bah. I am not a good cook. LOL. We'll have to ask Jim's customer for his recipe.
